Rain out? No room at your field? Our 2400 sq ft facility is available for rent! We have one retractable batting cage, 2 pitching lanes, and plenty of equipment!

Private Personal Training (one hour)
We offer private training for all types of athletes or anyone trying to improve their overall health. Your first session will include a full assessment of the body.
This helps us pin point muscle imbalances, stability, endurance and strength. We provide an individually tailored program that works best for you and your goals! We push our athletes to unlock hidden potential they didn’t know they had, become stronger, faster, and prevent injury so they can pursue their goals of greatness!
Group Training (4-8 athletes for one hour)
